Phera is an old school mass builder meaning to get the best out of this users should be increasing their protein intake to at least 3g per kg of bodyweight and ideally 4g per kg. It should not be stacked with any other methylated prohormone (any whose formula shows the word methyl or 17-a) and should be used alongside TUDCA and we suggest 1 capsule of Post Cycle Matrix, Formestane Max or Arimistanewhile using Pheraplex for estrogen control. While it can be stacked with non-methylated prohormones, we would advise users avoid this on their first cycle. Andro-1T can stack well with this for users desiring more mass gains or else Nano-1T for cutting and hardening cycles.
Key Facts About Phera
- Phera is a methylated prohormone which is both more anabolic and less androgenic than testosterone itself.
- Being methylated, it cannot be stacked with another methylated prohormone. Alternative options for mass building stacks could see Phera being combined with the likes of 11-OXO, Androtest or Andro-1T.
- Phera should not be considered for anyone without at least 2-3 cycles of milder prohormones under their belt.
- Phera is only suitable for males aged 21+ who have a detailed plan for post cycle therapy, as well as utilising on cycle support products such as TUDCA and Alchemy to mitigate adverse effects.
- Taking Phera without an AI such as Alchemy or the use of an on-cycle support supplement focused on liver support is not recommended.
- Working quickly, cycles of Phera should be limited to a maximum of four weeks. Following this run your PCT for the same period of time.
